Nasalcease for Minor Cuts and Nosebleeds – 5 Count Box

Nasalcease is a cost-effective wound dressing designed for minor cuts and nosebleeds. This 5-count box is ideal for smaller first aid kits, travel kits, or light-use environments where space and supply needs are limited.

This product was previously known under the Nasalcease name before being updated to Bleedcease. The product itself has not changed—only the naming was updated to better reflect its broader use beyond nosebleeds.

Made from calcium alginate, a natural material, Nasalcease® reacts with blood to form a soft gel. This helps it conform to the wound and support natural clotting while staying gentle on the skin.

The dressing does not stick to the wound, which helps reduce discomfort and lowers the chance of re-bleeding during removal. It is useful for minor cuts, abrasions, and nosebleeds, especially in dry environments.

Each dressing is individually sterile packed for clean and easy use.
