Shipping Info

At First Aid Supplies Online our preferred shipping partner is FedEx. Depending upon where you are located there will be times when USPS Priority Mail would be more cost effective.

Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process. If your net order (after discounts and taxes) is $100.00 then your order will ship freight free via FedEx ground service or USPS whichever is more cost effective.

If your order is under $100.00 then your shipping charge will be calculated based on the shipping destination, weight, and size of your package. Your credit card will not be charged until you have an opportunity to review the charges, examine the items in your cart and see the actual shipping charges that will be applied to your order if you proceed with the order.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in St. George Utah within 48 hours (excluding weekends). In the event that your order is delayed beyond that time frame, we will contact you and let you know what the new time frame will be.

Certain items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, when that occurs we will notify you and provide a time frame to complete your order.

Large quantity orders can also be delayed and it would be a good idea to contact us on time frame and possible volume discount pricing.
