The Red Rugged Class B First Aid Kit Large was created for teams that need more supplies in a single portable kit. It was inspired by our popular Class B Deluxe kit and designed to replicate its comprehensive contents in a rugged, durable case. Made in Texas by Royal Case, the bright red container protects supplies from impact, dust, and water. It features a rubberized handle, steel pin hinges, and an automatic air valve for safe transport. Pluckable lid foam and an adjustable padded divider let you organize the kit to fit your needs. This kit is ideal for teams of 50–75 people working in remote, outdoor, or higher-risk environments.

This kit meets the latest ANSI Z308.1 Class B standard. It includes a wider assortment of supplies than a standard Class B kit. It is designed for larger groups and environments where injuries are more likely.
